PURPOSE: A coffee roaster is provided to ensure fast and reliable roasting and the automatic discharge of roasted coffee beans. CONSTITUTION: Coffee beans are added to a drum(110). An insulator(120) is placed on the outer surface of the drum. An induction coil(130) is mounted on the outer surface of the insulator and heats the drum with induction heating mode. A coffee roaster includes an impeller(200) which is mounted inside the drum and a driver(300) which rotates the impeller. A heating portion(100) is fixed between the first panel(710) and the second panel(720). The first panel comprises an input part(400) for adding coffee beans into the drum and an ejection part which releases coffee beans from the drum. The input part(400) includes a hopper(410) and a connection duct(420). The ejection part includes an ejection door which controls the ejection of coffee beans inside the drum and a guide panel(530) which guides the direction of coffee bean ejection. |
