The present invention relates to a recycling apparatus for waste casting sand with an improved recycling efficiency wherein efficiency and productivity of the apparatus is increased by easily recycling waste casting sand by a simple configuration. The present invention provides a recycling apparatus for waste casting sand with an improved recycling efficiency, including a heating furnace (30) provided to allow feeding and discharging of waste casting sand to heat the waste casting sand by a burner (B) provided on one side and comprising: a heater or radiator (42) with a hot air supply means (40) provided on one side of the heating furnace(30), provided that the hot air supply means (40) is connected to supply air heated to a high temperature to the inside of the heating furnace (30); a blower (41) to blow heat by the heater or radiator (42); an air supply pipe (43) connected with the radiator (42) to supply hot air by the blower (41); and a hot air injection unit (44) connected with the radiator (42) or the air supply pipe (43) so as to be positioned inside the heating furnace (30) and made to inject hot air at a high pressure, wherein the hot air injection unit (44) includes an injection duct (45) formed by extending inside the heating furnace (30) to be connected with the radiator (42) or the air supply pipe (43) and an injection nozzle (46) numerously formed on a top surface of the injection duct (45) to inject hot air. |
