PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article sorting device having a small number of components.SOLUTION: The article sorting device includes: multiple guides 16a for parallel-feeding; guide parts 305a for guiding an engaging part 11 to the guide 16a for parallel-feeding; and a motor built-in roller 301 on which a cam member 302 is mounted. The guide parts 305a are fixed to a main body part in common, and there is an ordinary passage route through which a specific part of a piece member 7 passes when the piece member travels as an article placing member travels. The guide part 305a appears in/disappears from the ordinary passage route by moving the cam member 302 upward and downward. When the cam member 302 is located at an ascent position, the multiple guide parts 305a appear in the ordinary passage route, come in contact with the specific part of the piece member 7 and guide the engaging part 11 to the guide 16a for parallel-feeding, and when the cam member 302 is located at a descent position, the specific part of the piece member 7 passes by the ordinary passage route. |
