PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that has low loss and high isolation characteristics, suppresses an increase in the number of inductors and copes with a multiband application.SOLUTION: In the high frequency switch circuit having a plurality of switch sections for controlling a high frequency signal between a plurality of high frequency terminals with a potential of one or more control terminals, an inductor circuit is connected between a high frequency terminal common to the plurality of switch sections and a ground terminal, a variable capacitance circuit is connected between the high frequency terminal common to the plurality of switch sections and the ground terminal, and the inductor circuit and the variable capacitance circuit are connected in parallel. |
