PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a tool for fixing a seat skin to a seat pad.SOLUTION: A fastening tool 1 for connecting with a C-ring 23, a metal skin side wire 21C provided in a seat skin 21 to a metal pad side wire 22C provided on a seat pad 22 comprises: an air driving part 4 for caulking and connecting the C-ring 23 between each wire 21C and 22C by the force of compressed air supplied from the outside after setting the C-ring 23; a trigger 5 for switching the ON/OFF state of supply of the compressed air to the air driving part 4; and a proximity sensor 8 for detecting that each wire 21C and 22C is made of a metal when each wire is brought close to the air driving part 4. The trigger 5 is put into the state where switch to the ON state cannot be allowed when the proximity sensor 8 does not detect a metal, and the trigger 5 is put into the state where switch to the ON state is allowed when the proximity sensor 8 detects a metal by bringing each wire 21C and 22C close to the air driving part 4. |
