PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coat film durability measurement method and a coat film durability measurement device that enable an accurate evaluation of durability of a coat film towards a deformation upon framing a spectacle lens into a frame.SOLUTION: A durability measurement method of a coat film 103 provided on a surface 102 which is different from a holding surface 101 included in a spectacle lens 100 and held to a frame body employs a method comprising: a first step of applying weight to the holding surface 101 along a first direction; a second step of detecting occurrence of a crack C in the holding surface 103 generated by the applied weight; and a third step of measuring at least one of magnitude of the applied weight when the crack C occurs, a first deformation amount in the first direction of the spectacles lens 100 generated by the applied weight thereupon, and a second deformation amount in a thickness direction of the spectacle lens 100 generated by the applied weight thereupon. |
