To clearly specify what kind of parameters among parameters set in a mobile station are "default parameters" and what kind of parameters are "battery saving parameters". This mobile communications method has a step in which a mobile station (UE) notifies a wireless base station (eNB) of either a default parameter or a battery saving parameter as a PPI. If the mobile station (UE) has been instructed by the wireless base station (eNB) to notify about the PPI, the mobile station (UE) makes the parameter that was set at the time the instruction was received the default parameter, does not make notification about the PPI to the wireless base station (eNB), and, if the parameter setting preference subsequently changes to a battery saving parameter, makes notification to the wireless base station (eNB) of the battery saving parameter as the PPI. |
