The present invention relates to a maintenance and repair equipment for a swimming pool floor, the maintenance and repair equipment comprising: a body (110) which has the upper and lower parts opened, an inside space provided with a fixed size, and weight for sinking; a sealing means (120) which is disposed along the edge of the lower end of the body and which blocks water from flowing along a floor surface of a swimming pool inside the body; and a vertical loading means (130) which is disposed on the upper part of the body and which applies vertical load to the sealing means to come in close contact with the floor surface of a swing pool. The maintenance and repair equipment for a swimming pool floor has the merit of efficiently managing a swimming pool by preventing the operation of the swimming pool from being suspended as well as saving water charges, since the floor of the swimming pool is repaired without discharging water even though the swimming pool is filled with water.
