<p>The device for recycling grey water in a transportation vehicle equipped with a tank containing clear water and supplying recycled water to flush of a toilet mounted in the vehicle, comprises a tank (2) for collecting gray water, a pump (4) for circulating a portion of the gray water stored in the tank to a filter unit (8), and a tank (12) for storing filtered gray water usable for washing a toilet. The filtered gray water is stored under pressure of 2-4 bars in the storing tank. The filter unit comprises an ultra filter. The filtered gray water is stored under pressure of 2-4 bars in the storing tank. The filter unit comprises an ultra filter. The device further comprises: a reversible unit for fixing to a toilet module comprising a washbasin and the toilet; a first valve for selectively connecting the filtered gray water storage tank to the clear water tank; a second valve arranged between the clear water tank and the first valve; a pressure valve arranged between the first valve and the gray water collecting tank; pressure sensors (7, 9) arranged upstream and downstream of the filter unit to determine a pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet of the filter unit; a sensor for sensing a filling level of the gray water collecting tank; and a unit for connecting the gray water collecting tank to a sink of the vehicle. The device is connected to an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit comprises a unit for controlling the start or stopping of the recycling device, a unit for controlling a countercurrent of the filter unit, a unit for controlling the emptying of the device using the pump, and a unit for controlling the drainage of suspended solids retained by the gray water filter unit. The electronic control unit controls the countercurrent of the filter unit based on a predetermined duration of operation of the filter unit, a predetermined loss of the filter unit, a volume of grey water filtered by the filter unit, a signal clock, output signals of the pressure sensors and a water flow signal.</p> |
