<p>The arrangement has a latching mechanism with a synchronizing latch (21) in a hand lever (2) and a latch (22) in a base part (1). A locking bar (10) is supported in the hand lever and movable between an initial position and a releasing position. The locking bar locks the locking bar at the base part in the initial position in a positive manner. The locking bar is movable into an overriding position in addition to the initial- and releasing positions, where a pressing unit (33) formed in the locking bar retains the latch in a ratchet wheel (5).</p>
