The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) nanotubes and bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) nanotubes having enhanced thermoelectric properties manufactured by the same, including: a first phase, in which a solvent including one among tri-octylphosphineoxide (TOPO), sodium dodecyl-benzene-sulfonate (SDBS), and cetyl-trimethyl-ammonium-bromide, and a capping agent chosen from one among Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), polyvinylalcohol, and sodium dodecyl-benzene-sulfonate, is dissolved with telluride oxide (TeO2), and added with a reducing agent, in order to manufacture tellurium nanowire; a second phase, in which a solution of bismuth precursor is mixed with the tellurium nanowire of the first phase, and added with an reducing agent, in order to manufacture a mixture solution; and a third phase, in which the mixture solution of the second phase is heat-treated, in order to manufacture the bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) nanotubes. |
