PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repaired sash which enables an aluminum cover material to be easily attached to a newly-provided head and a newly-provided jamb, and which enables stable attachment of a resin cover material. SOLUTION: A pair of engaging retainer pieces 40 is provided on the indoor side portion 30a of the newly-provided head 30 and the indoor side portion 32a of the newly-provided jamb 32, respectively; and a body 50 of the cover material 8 is provided with a pair of engaging pieces 51. In the case of the aluminum cover material, an engaging portion 52 of the engaging piece 51 is attached by being engaged with a first engaging retainer portion 41 to the outdoor side of the engaging retainer piece 40, so as to be elastically deformable and easily attachable because the engaging piece 51 is long. In the case of the resin cover material, the engaging portion 52 of the engaging piece 51 is attached by being engaged with a second engaging retainer portion 42 to the outdoor side of the engaging retainer piece 40, so as to be stably attachable because the engaging piece 51 is short.
