<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a gas generating agent formed body which is easily handled in the manufacture and ha excellent combustion performance. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the gas generating agent formed body includes a first step of supplying a raw material component containing fuel and an oxidizing agent and mixing the raw material in the presence of water; a second step of drawing the mixture obtained in the preceding step to obtain a sheet like material; a third step of forming projecting and recessed parts on one or both surfaces of the sheet like material obtained in the preceding step; a forth step of blanking the sheet like material obtained in the preceding step and having the projecting and recessed parts on the surface into a prescribed shape; a fifth step of preliminarily drying the material blanked in the preceding step; and a sixth step of charging the preliminarily dried material obtained in the preceding step into a storage container and normally drying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
