The vial has a deformable valve (22) arranged to present stable state in which a sealing lip (30) occults a downstream opening (25b) in a watertight manner, and a constrained state of an exit tube constraining on a lower bearing (28) by an axial support. A seat (26) is compressed in the constrained state. The compression induces separation of the lip to open communication between the opening and a downstream passage (23) so as to allow filling of a container by establishing sealing connection of the exit tube with the container via the downstream passage and an upstream passage. The seat is compressed by axial crushing of an upper bearing (29) on a structure (24) by allowing communication between the upstream passage and an upstream opening (25a), in the constrained state.
