摘要 The present invention relates to a smoke exhaustion and ventilating system for controlling smoke in fire situation and a method thereof. The system of the present invention includes: a pipe system connected to rooms of a building; a sensing system which is connected to the rooms of the building, and senses flame and smoke; an air supply and exhaust unit which is connected to the pipe system, and supplies external air for the rooms or exhausts the air in the room to the outside through the pipe system; an electric damper unit which is comprised in a pipe end of the pipe system located in each room of the building, and controls the amount of air supply and exhaust flowed in and out of each room; a control unit which controls the air supply and exhaust unit and the electric damper and also releases the locking of a door of the building, according to a sensing signal of the sensing system; and an alarm unit for sending an alarm to a building management office according to the signal of the sensing unit. The objective of the present invention is to minimize indoor heat loss when the inside of the building is ventilated, and to remove smoke rapidly when a fire breaks out in the building.
