The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a knuckle unit of a yoke. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a knuckle unit of a yoke can improve durability on the knuckle unit by manufacturing the knuckle unit in a press punching method to avoid a casting method when the knuckle unit of the yoke is manufactured and improve working efficiency and productivity by simplifying manufacturing processes. The present invention also can extend service life of a cast by reducing forming loads. The present invention prevents a burr from being formed during manufacturing processes and omits additional processes such as grinding. Therefore, a working time is reduced so that the present invention can obtain economic efficiency.
