According to the present invention, the unit bracket and the corner bracket of a non-welded earthquake-resistant truss for a building and the method for constructing a non-welded earthquake-resistant panel for a building can prevent fire because welding is not required, have no deformation of a material, can perform construction in the event of rain, can reinforce the connection portion of the vertical member and the horizontal member using the unit bracket and the corner bracket, can efficiently and precisely perform construction with the minimum worker, and can reduce working hours.
