<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack inspection system that inspects a fine crack and improves inspection quality and productivity, a crack inspection method and a manufacturing method of moldings. <P>SOLUTION: The crack inspection system 1 includes: heating means 2 for heating a ceramic ring 10; an infrared thermography 3 that detects infrared radiation energy from the heated ceramic ring 10 and outputs temperature distribution display image data; and image processing means 4 that receives the temperature distribution display image data to determine a crack on the basis of the shape and size of a portion with high display temperature which is generated by a cavity radiation effect, and outputs the determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
