<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand winding gondola which can be wound only by small human power without electric power at a constant speed, and can properly be used to quickly guide evacuees to higher places at for example, tsunami evacuation facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The hand winding gondola includes: a gondola basket into which the evacuees get; a counter weight for keeping a weight balance between the gondola basket; a first winding drum for winding a wire suspending the gondola basket; a second winding drum for winding a wire suspending the counter weight; a handle for rotating the second winding drum by the human power; and a transmission mechanism for transmitting rotation of the second winding drum to the first winding drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
