PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency in an engine power generator, by introducing cooling air in an exhaust pipe chamber after flows of cooling air from both sides are joined in an engine compartment, and discharging the cooling air to the outside of a casing through an exhaust port. SOLUTION: The engine power generator in which an engine 20 and a power generator 21 are disposed in parallel in the casing 1, comprises: the engine compartment 1a housing the engine 20 and the power generator 21 in the casing 1; and the exhaust pipe chamber 1b communicating with the engine compartment 1a and housing an exhaust pipe 51 extended from the engine 20. Introduction ports 2A, 2B for introducing the cooling air to an engine 20 side part and a power generator 21 side part facing the engine compartment 1a of the casing 1 are formed to face directions different from each other, and an exhaust port 6b discharging the cooling air is formed to a part facing the exhaust pipe chamber 1b of the casing 1.
