The present invention relates to an opening and closing apparatus for a deluge valve for a fire extinguishing facility, wherein the opening and closing apparatus is to correctly close the deluge valve for a fire extinguishing facility by causing a pressure difference between the top and the bottom of a diaphragm after the deluge valve is operated due to a fire or the fire extinguishing facility is tested. According to the present invention, an opening and closing apparatus for a deluge valve for a fire extinguishing facility comprises: a shutoff valve installed at the front end of an inlet chamber and opening or closing the inflow of firewater; a connection line connected from the front end of the shutoff valve to a diaphragm chamber; and a first manual valve installed on the connection line and opening or closing the flow of the firewater to the diaphragm chamber, wherein the deluge valve for a fire extinguishing facility has: the inlet chamber into which the firewater flows; and the diaphragm chamber applying hydraulic pressure to a diaphragm. |
