FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maize grits preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, apples blanching and straining, benincasa cutting, blanching, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the listed components (while heated) with butter, sugar, salt, vanillin and cinnamon, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the product adhesion to container walls. |
