摘要 PURPOSE: A method for a plastic deformation of bulk amorphous metallic glass at high temperature and atmospheric pressure is provided to process super plasticity deformation of a bulk amorphous alloy under atmospheric pressure by using super plasticity in a supercooled liquid temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A method for plastic deformation of bulk amorphous metallic glass at high temperature and atmospheric comprises the following steps: bulk amorphous metal powder(200) is inserted into a Cu can(100); a metal can and the bulk amorphous metal powder inserted into the Cu can are heated up to a supercooled liquid temperature range; the Cu can and the bulk amorphous metal powder inserted into the Cu can are repetitively rolled with a roller heated at 150-250 deg. C more than two times; and the Cu can is melted with an acid and rolled bulk amorphous metallic glass is taken out.
