The invention relates to a thick construction sub-frame consisting of a casing (1) in the form of a frame made from sections of aluminium, iron, steel, plastic or other malleable materials, which are joined at the corners by angle brackets or by screws inserted into rings (2) in the corner joints thereof, also taking the form of a double girt (3) or double channel acting as a claw so as to remain securely attached to the concrete once it has cured, preventing the subsequent removal thereof. The invention also includes a counter-thread (4) over its entire length, located on the axis thereof or shifted to the right or left of same, allowing windows or doors to be subsequently anchored by means of bolts or screws, reducing the installation time of same from 45 to 8 minutes. In addition, one of the side surfaces of the thick construction sub-frame includes a series of holes (5) for the passage of screws used to attach the thick construction sub-frame to the inner surface of the formwork, which has been provided with a tracing of the final position of the sub-frame, forming a portion of the walls of the construction once the concrete has been poured. Consequently, it is possible to define the measurements of the opening in terms of the dimensions, squareness and plumb thereof in accordance with those specified by the architect of the construction, thereby standardising the production of doors and windows and helping ensure quality of construction by requiring that the structural linearity of the construction be followed, as well as saving time and money by reducing the construction times of buildings. |
