PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform impedance adjustment on the entire high-frequency acceleration cavity without changing a magnetic core and an acceleration cavity housing.SOLUTION: A high-frequency acceleration cavity 30 comprises: two metallic vacuum ducts 3a and 3b through which charged particles pass; a vacuum duct 4 having insulation properties for connecting the two metallic vacuum ducts 3a and 3b so as to form an acceleration gap 7 where a high-frequency acceleration electric field is generated; magnetic cores 1a and 1d arranged so as to include the two metallic vacuum ducts 3a and 3b; an acceleration cavity housing 2 for including the vacuum duct 4 having insulation properties and the magnetic cores 1a and 1d; and a plurality of chassis connectors 8a, 8b, 8c, and 8d for connecting the two metallic vacuum ducts 3a and 3b and the acceleration cavity housing 2 in a high-frequency manner. |
