PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind mill which detects liquid leakage, liquid infiltration, and the likes in a hub part and a nacelle part and thereby prevents the damage of the wind mill and environmental contamination around a wind turbine generator system.SOLUTION: A wind mill 1 includes: a hub part 2 having a blade 5; and a nacelle part which has a spindle 9 connected with the blade 5 and a power generator 12 connected with the spindle 9 and is used for wind power generation. An optical liquid detector 20 having a detection element composed of optical fiber 21 is disposed in the hub part 2 or the nacelle part. |
