PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the dispensing of virtual addresses to once in the whole of a network, even when an SBC having an NAPT function is mediated in multiple stages.SOLUTION: An SBC of the present invention includes: determination means for analyzing information on the call identification field of a received call control signal and then determining whether the dispensing of virtual addresses and address translation is to be executed by the SBC; information addition means for adding translation control information for obstructing the dispensing of virtual addresses by an SBC at a location in advancing direction from the SBC to the call identification field of the received call control signal when the dispensing of virtual addresses, etc. is executed on a call control signal heading from the originating side to the terminating side by the SBC; and signal transmission means for letting the received call control signal pass through when the dispensing of virtual addresses, etc. is not executed by the SBC. |
