PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel evaluation support system which supports an objective personnel evaluation.SOLUTION: A personnel evaluation support server, which is used for a system to support a personnel evaluation of a user, comprises: means for storing evaluation information about others (12) which stores variety of information about the user that is transmitted from a first communication terminal used by someone other than the user via a network; social rank determination means (101) which, based on the information about the user stored in the means for storing evaluation information about others, determines social rank that represents the extent to which the user is socially evaluated; and social rank display means (102) which displays the user's social rank determined by the social rank determination means on a second communication terminal that personnel staff of a company uses. |
