PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating apparatus capable of realizing both of an insulation property and assemblability.SOLUTION: The illuminating apparatus comprises: a light source substrate 11 on which a solid light emitting element 10 is mounted; an apparatus body 2 made of metal; a light source holder 3 coupled with the apparatus body 2 in a manner to sandwich the light source substrate 11 between it and the apparatus body 2; and a heat radiation sheet 4 made of an insulation material and interposed between the apparatus body 2 and the light source substrate 11. A support protrusion 23 sandwiching the heat radiation sheet 4 between it and the light source substrate 11 projects on the apparatus body 2. The heat radiation sheet 4 has such dimension and such a shape to expose an entire periphery of a profile of the light source substrate 11 when seen from the apparatus body 2 side, and completely cover the support protrusion 23 when seen from the light source holder 3 side. Compared to a case where the light source substrate 11 is completely covered with the heat radiation sheet 4 when seen from the apparatus body 2 side, assemblability is improved. Also, compared to a case where the heat radiation sheet 4 exposes the support protrusion 23 when seen from the light source holder 3 side, an insulation property is improved. |
