A tailgate handle unit according to the present invention comprises an outhandle (10) exposed out of a tailgate (1) to be able to be manually manipulated; a latch (20) for being unlocked with a latch rod (21) interlocking with the operation of the outhandle (10); and an inner handle (30) for being unfolded from the tailgate by being released by a catch cable (23) interlocking with the release of the latch (20). The present invention can lower the height of the tailgate capable of being grabbed by a hand by unfolding the inner handle during the opening of the tailgate, can prevent the deterioration of appearance and can increase salability. |
