PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in quality of delivery services.SOLUTION: A delivery support server 10 receives a delivery slip in which a receiver of a delivery destination of goods is designated. And, the delivery support server 10 calculates a settlement period for which the receiver of the delivery destination settles down in one place, for delivery histories containing the delivery slip-designated receiver of the delivery destination among delivery histories associated with dates of procedure executions related to the receiver of the delivery destination of the goods, his/her address, and the goods, using a borderline date on which his/her address changes around the time of each delivery history. Then, the delivery support server 10 calculates a time elapsed from the latest date among dates of the delivery histories containing the delivery slip-designated receiver of the delivery destination. Further, the delivery support server 10 executes notification if the elapsed time is longer than the settlement period. |
