PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing aquatic animal fermentation is provided to ensure anti-atopy, anti-allergy, and anti-histamine. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing aquatic animal fermentation comprises: a step of pulverizing aquatic animals or aquatic animal processed by-product; a step of adding carbon source and energy source of microorganisms inoculated to the pulverized materials; and a step of inoculating Lactobacillus, yeast, or Bacillus sp. and fermenting. The Lactobacillus includes Lactobacillus sp., Streptococcus sp., Pediococcus sp., Leuconostoc sp., or Bifidobacterium sp. A composition for treating atopic darmatisis contains the aquatic animal fermentation as an active ingredient. |
