The present invention relates to an automatic desktop manufacturing machine for Korean pancake stuffed with brown sugar, which comprises a main body (10) equipped with a movable frame (15) movable in a front-and-back direction by a transfer motor (11) and a roller (12), and heating plates (16, 17) foldable in front of the movable frame (15); a feeder (20) mounted on the movable frame (15) and having a first and a second hopper (21, 25) storing and discharging the kneading and stuff, respectively; a molding unit (30) mounted on the lower side of the feeder (20), and having an operation plate (32) having a molding unit (31) molding the kneading to contain the stuff therein, and a molding plate (35); a motion unit (40) mounted on the movable frame (40) and having a motion means so as to be elevated from the heating plate (16) upon the operation of the molding unit (30); and a baking means (50) automatically pressing the kneading supplied by the motion unit (40) and rotating to turn over to manufacture Korean pancake stuffed with brown sugar. Accordingly the present invention provides excellent convenience and productivity capable of cooking more hygienically and conveniently as the kneading is molded in the state of containing stuff within the kneading, and the molded kneading is supplied to a heating plate and baked with automatic turning over; provides taste and fun; and maximizes the space utilization with an overall compact size, which satisfies needs of both consumers and sellers. |
