The present invention relates to a medium for wastewater purification using sewage sludge and a manufacturing method thereof. The medium contains 30-80 wt% of sewage sludge, 10-60 wt% of glass beads, and 0.5-10 wt% of foaming agent, and is dipped in a liquid microbial agent. The environment contamination is reduced by improving the recycling rate of the sewage sludge which is waste, and the purification capacity of wastewater is improved by improving the attachment rate of microorganisms to the medium.
