PURPOSE: An ASA resin composite for preparing PVC co-extrusion is provided to have superior adhesive with a PVC resin film, impact strength, weatherability, and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: An ASA resin composite for preparing PVC co-extrusion comprises a melt-mulled matter of bimodal alkyl acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile based graft copolymers and alkyl methacrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile based copolymers. The bimodal alkyl acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile based graft copolymer is obtained by the graft polymerization comprising alkyl acrylate based rubbers, of which average diameter is 180-230 nm, and alkyl acrylate based rubbers, of which average diameter is 80-130 nm. The bimodal alkyl acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile based graft copolymer comprises 34-45 weight% of vinylcyan monomers. |
