The present invention refers to a process for decontaminating sludge resulting from oil and/or hydrocarbon extraction drills both offshore or in the coast, settled sludge and polluted soils, removing pollutants using a composition that comprises clay, quicklime and/or anhydrite, biodegradable degreaser and deodorizer, this results in a clean by-product applied in the construction industry, fillers, stabilization of agriculture soil and/or areas and as a product for Carbon Credits. The purpose of the present invention is to use the clean by-product obtained by the process for decontaminating sludge resulting from oil and/or hydrocarbon extraction drills for being applied in the construction industry as embankment for filling land and increasing the level thereof forming a support plane suitable for constructions. |
