PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed board which improves resistance to vibration and thermal expansion/contraction by increasing the joining strength between the flexible printed board and a bus bar, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An eyelet 26 is fixed to a connection terminal (copper foil part) 23 of a flexible printed board 25, and set so that the copper foil part 23 and eyelet 26 are in contact with the bus bar 21 before welding. Then a pair of electrodes 27, 28 are arranged on a joint surface side of the bus bar 21, and while the eyelet 26 is pressed against the bus bar 21 with one electrode 27, the other electrode 28 is brought into contact with the bus bar 21. While the copper foil part 23 is pressed thereafter against the bus bar 21 with a push rod 29 arranged between the electrodes 27, 28, electricity is applied between the electrodes 27, 28 to improve joint strength between the bus bar 21 and flexible printed board 25. |
