PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal holding tool capable of securing certain contact between a contact pin and a terminal, a terminal holding structure that facilitates a mounting work of the terminal, and a CATV device.SOLUTION: A terminal holding tool keeps contact between a contact pin attached to a housing of a CATV device and a terminal mounted on a circuit board housed and arranged in the housing. The terminal comprises two contact pieces that makes a pair and that are arranged so as to be opposed to each other and so as to hold the contact pin. A few pairs of contact pieces are provided in an axial direction of the contact pin. The terminal holding tool is in an arch shape in which axial direction one-end sides of two leg parts that makes a pair are coupled with each other, and the other end sides are opened. A distance between both leg parts is enough to stride over the terminals. An insertion part that can be inserted into the circuit board is provided on an open end side of each leg part. When both insertion parts are inserted into attachment holes of the circuit board while striding over the terminals, both leg parts are arranged outsides of the contact pieces to prevent expansion to the outsides of the contact pieces.
