PURPOSE: An optical polymethylmethacrylate resin composition for an LED backlight is provided to remarkably improve brightness and brightness uniformity, to prevent yellowing, and to not have color coordinate deviation. CONSTITUTION: A light guiding plate for LED comprises 100.0 part by weight of a methylmethacrylate homopolymer or a copolymer of 90-99 wt% of methylmethacrylate and 1-10 wt% of comonomer, 0.0005-0.01 parts by weight of an organic light-diffusing agent of which average particle diameter is 1-10 micron and reflectivity of 1.6-1.7. A manufacturing method of the light guiding plate comprises a step of manufacturing a pellet by extruding optical polymethylmethacrylate resin composition; and a step of extruding the pellet.
