The miniature damper 17 comprises: an elongate body 14 comprising an internal cavity of constant internal cross-section; a piston 30 housed within the internal cavity, the piston 30 being movable longitudinally within the cavity; and a rod fixedly connected to the piston 30 at one end and extending outside the cavity at the other end. The width of the elongate body 14 in at least one direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis is less than 6mm. |
