PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determining the correctness of a road network in overlapping parts about the overlapping parts between the road network and a non-road chart when combining a road network map and a non-road chart map to create a map, or the like, and the method thereof.SOLUTION: A correctness determination device for a road network includes a first storage part for storing road network data representing a road network on a map, and a second storage part for storing non-road chart data representing a non-road chart other than the road network, extracts the road network having parts overlapping the non-road chart on the basis of the road network data and the non-road chart data, and determines the correctness of the extracted road network on the basis of a prescribed condition. |
