The present invention relates to a molding apparatus capable of performing all operations with a single driving apparatus by connecting a three-way mold and an eject pin by using a crank, and a styrofoam molding apparatus. The present invention comprises: a fixation frame which is installed on a main frame and includes a first mold; a middle frame which includes a second mold installed to be engaged to the first mold in order to form a first cavity; an operation frame which includes a third mold installed to be engaged to the second mold in order to form a second cavity; and a mold transfer device which transfers the middle frame towards the fixation frame and transfers the operation frame towards the middle frame. The frame transfer device may include a crank which is hinge-combined so that a middle part is able to move to the middle frame, wherein one end is combined to the fixation frame and the other end is combined to the operation frame.
