A submarine topography information management system, retaining coordinates, topography, and depth information for completing precise submarine data, maintains a vertical direction of a sound wave, emitted from a sonar mounted on a submarine probe, regardless of a wave power which the sonar receives. The present invention is effective for rapidly finding out erroneous submarine topographic information and promptly dealing with, by maintaining the direction of the sound wave of the sonar straightly downward regardless of the location of the probe or the wave power received by the sonar.
