FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: heat dissipating device includes a flat link made from multilayer graphite and arranged along x-y plane of the above multilayer graphite and a metal coating layer formed on the above flat link. As per another version, the heat dissipating device includes a metal panel having the first surface and a group of flat links spread in space. The first surface is adapted for installation of an electronic component. Flat links are made from multilayer graphite and come along x-y plane of the above multilayer graphite. A metal coating layer is made on each of them. The above flat links are actually perpendicular to the second surface of the above metal panel that is located opposite the above said first surface. Metal coating layers on the above flat links are attached to the above metal panel. Also, the object of this invention is represented with a heat dissipating device manufacturing method that involves cleaning of the flat link that is made from multilayer graphite and comes along x-y plane of multilayer graphite and galvanisation of the flat link so that a metal coating layer can be formed on the flat link.EFFECT: invention allows effective heat dissipation through a flat link.20 cl, 7 dwg
