PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic shovel which controls an increase in a fuel temperature due to heat from an engine.SOLUTION: A hydraulic shovel 1 comprises: a lower traveling body 2; and an upper rotary body 3 which is rotatably supported on the lower traveling body 2. The upper rotary body 3 comprises: a rotary frame 4; an engine 6 mounted on the rotary frame 4; a fuel tank 7 arranged at one side of the engine 6; a counterweight 8; and fuel piping 20. The counterweight 8 is supported by the rotary frame 4 posterior to the engine 6 in a manner that arranges a lower edge section thereof opposite to a rear edge face of the rotary frame 4 with a gap therebetween to expose the gap to external air. Return piping 24 of the fuel piping 20 is connected to the fuel tank 7 and arranged in the gap between the rear edge face of the rotary frame 4 and the lower edge section of the counterweight 8. |
