The present invention relates to a kit for diagnosing estrus or pregnancy of swines and a diagnostic method using the same. According to the present invention, estrus or pregnancy of the swines can be diagnosed by an economical and simple method by providing the kit for diagnosing estrus or pregnancy of swines which includes antibodies which can detect expression of dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 2 (DDAH2) and crystallin alpha B genes and the method for diagnosing estrus or pregnancy of the swines using the same so that conception rate can be enhanced, waste of unnecessary forage in farm can be reduced through early diagnosis, and productivity can be enhanced. |
