Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications. Provided are a method, device, and system for establishing a radio bearer (RB), capable of implementing multiuser hybrid communication. The method comprises: a base station determines the RB of a benefiting UE performing hybrid communication and a supporting UE corresponding to the RB of the benefiting UE, transmits hybrid RB configuration information of the benefiting UE to the benefiting UE, and transmits hybrid RB configuration information of the supporting UE to the supporting UE, thus allowing the benefiting UE and the supporting UE respectively to establish corresponding hybrid RBs, and thereby allowing the base station to perform hybrid communication with the benefiting UE and with the supporting UE.
