The invention relates to devices for generating microwave plasma jets for the carbon dioxide, steam and combined conversion of methane into synthesis gas. The technical result of the proposed invention is the possibility of producing a hydrogen-containing gas from a mixture of methane, carbon dioxide and a water spray with the aid of a device which is easy to manufacture and which does not contain expensive mechanical and electronic components. The technical result is achieved in that a working gas is split into two streams, wherein one stream of the gas is sent to a water supply device and is mixed with a water spray before being combined with the other stream, and the mixture is fed to an inlet to the central electrode of a microwave plasma generator, causing the formation of a microwave plasma jet in the hydrocarbon-water mixture stream, wherein the flow of both streams of the working gas is regulated to ensure that the end product has the required properties.
