PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifesaver for water disaster, which is small, is simple in portability, can be contained in a small bag, floats a head on-water when taking refuge in the flood damage such as tsunami or flood, and also enables breathing even if the head is submerged underwater, and further capable of reliably informing the position of the refugee using a flute and emergency flashing light when breathing underwater.SOLUTION: A wooden bowl-like head cover 2 for receiving a human head is made with a transparent resin material. In the lower part of the head cover, a neckline airbag cover 4 with a neckline airbag integrally formed inside is welded in the lower edge of the head cover. A strap 5 is attached in the neckline airbag cover. In an emergency, a human 8 wears the cover on the head, and blows breath in the airbag to inflate the airbag, and thereby the airbag adheres to the neckline. When taking refuge due to tsunami and flood damage, a portable tsunami lifesaver 1 is configured to inhibit water from entering the inside of the lifesaver. |
