PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a solid-state imaging device which are capable of suppressing mixing of noise into a signal charge held in a signal holding part.SOLUTION: A second transfer transistor 271 has a source terminal 802a electrically connected to an analog memory 231 and transfers a signal, which has been generated by a photoelectric conversion element and has passed through a connection part, to the analog memory 231. A light shielding part 808 is formed between the second transfer transistor 271 and the analog memory 231, and the source terminal 802a is shielded from light by the light shielding part 808. |
